A good way to avoid conflicts with customer

Whenever conflicts occur, the angry customer is likely to threaten to bring a lawsuit against you. The good way to deal with this dilemma is to stay calm and being kindly to tell him that every investor has the right to declare his rights and interests by providing him with the telephone number and address of right location to declare his statement, and remind him that I'll be fully prepared to offer you any document you need. Most of the time, the most unreasonable customer will keep his mouth shut and parish the thought of bringing a suit against you for good.
